What to include

• A wrong price, weight or pack size: the page address and what you saw on the retailer's page, ideally with the time. Prices can change between our checks, so the time helps us tell a stale price from a matching error.
• A misclassified product: for example a PETG spool in PLA results, a sample listed as 1kg, or a printer part listed as a printer. Send the page address and what the product really is.
• A compatibility question or error: the printer model, the filament and the source you are relying on (a manual page or manufacturer statement is ideal).
• A missing product or brand: the exact product line and, if you have one, a link to the manufacturer's page.
• Privacy requests: say which right you want to exercise. See the privacy policy for what we hold.

What we cannot help with

We do not sell products, so we cannot help with orders, deliveries, returns, refunds or warranty claims. Contact the retailer you bought from, or the manufacturer for warranty and technical support.

Brands and retailers

Manufacturers are welcome to send specification sheets, manuals or corrections to their product data. We do not accept payment for listings, rankings or coverage; see how we rank.
