We get things wrong sometimes. When we do, we fix them, and if the error was in something we published (a specification, a classification, a compatibility state or a ranking rule) we record it here with the date.
What counts as a correction
- A specification that was wrong, such as a net weight, diameter, temperature range or build volume.
- A product in the wrong place, such as a sample counted as a full spool or a non-PLA filament in PLA results.
- A compatibility state that was not supported by its source.
- A methodology statement that did not match what the site actually did.
Routine price changes are not corrections: prices move, and every price carries the time it was verified. A matching error, where a price was attached to the wrong product or pack size, is a correction.
How to report an error
Use the contact page. Include the page address and what is wrong, with a source if you have one. We check reports against manufacturer documentation and the retailer listing.
